As the COVID pandemic began to unfold, founder and CEO, Brian Esper began working casually with friends and family in the hospitality industry throughout downtown and Little Italy, San Diego. Having 20+ years of experience in tech and the digital space, he became a trusted resource for advice and assistance during these unusual times. Local businesses were grappling with challenges posed by new regulations and conditions during lockdown.
Empathizing with the struggles, he began developing functional and converting websites with modernized features to be able to continue business. Tactics like connecting them with various food delivery platforms such as Uber Eats and DoorDash, and of course enhancing their visibility and reach on local listings via Google and Yelp. Through word of mouth, demand began to grow for these services to compete with the ever-changing rules and uncertainty.
